Needs Analysis
  Analyzing needs correctly is the first step in any user experience design exercise. We conduct in-depth research on the cognitive, behavioral and emotional processes of users in identifying typical needs, goals and behaviors as well as their understanding their special needs. The results are then used in developing detailed User Personas, Usage Scenarios, Mental Models and Task Analyses to better understand the target audience.
When used within the context of brand communications, this understanding enables our clients to position their products and services to meet the needs of their users. For product development teams, these research tasks ensure that the features they incorporate in their offerings are relevant to the stated as well as implied needs.
Information Architecture Design
  Well-organized and structured presentation of information resources ensures that the users can easily find and manage the information they need to perform their tasks. In this stage, we use our understanding of the users' needs, experiences, goals and tasks gathered in the Needs Analysis/User Research phase in designing clear and usable navigational schema, as well as presentation structure. The goal of information architecture design is to improve findability as well as to build a foundation for further development of a solution.
Interaction Design
  With deliverables like Interaction Models, Wireframes, and detailed UI Specifications, our interaction design activities focus on engineering the user's experience with a given application or a website to be as simple and intuitive as possible. Our approach in this step is to simplify even the most complex workflows and use cases to be easily understandable by the target audience. With progressive movement from Low-Fidelity Prototypes to High-Fidelity, Clickable prototypes, detailed UI/UX specifications, and UI Storyboards, this phase aids the development teams in meeting the users' needs, saving development costs by avoiding costly trial and error feedback loop and ensuring high success rate for product and service rollouts.
Usability Testing
  The best way for validating an application design is to have the end-users work through real-life scenarios, conducted In-lab or remotely, and identify specific issues that prevent or impede users' ability to perform tasks identified. Properly conducted usability reviews and tests can lower costs of application and web development significantly by validating key decisions early on in the design and development lifecycle. While functional usability testing is performed during the Discern and Develop of the NCreative 5D Process, detailed usability testing is performed onsite (costs not included) after the complete design process is complete. NCreative also offers Remote Usability Testing Services.
